[1] Unfair Modifications
No usage of cheats, including hacked clients, x-ray resource packs, abusive mods, auto-clickers, software, or any other form of external assistance that provides an unfair advantage. Associating yourself with cheaters may result in punishment.

[2] Unfair Gameplay
Do not use or attempt to use any exploits or abuse a bug. Including using features inappropriately or not as they were intended. This includes obtaining the world seed, item duplication, lag machine, and more.

[3] Troublesome Behavior
Harassing, threatening, acting toxic towards other players, and disturbing other's gameplay is not allowed.

[4] Inappropriate Chat
Do not pollute chat by spamming, flooding, etc. This includes bypassing the chat filter. Keep public chat English, and keep swearing to a minimum.

[5] Discrimination
Refrain from engaging in discriminatory behavior. Including but not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia, and derogatory language targeting individuals based on mental health or any other characteristic, towards players.

[6] No Malicious Threats or Encouraging Suicide
Mailcious threats include DDoS Attacks, leaking another player's information, and threatening to kill a person in real life. Telling players to commit suicide, encouraging them, or jokingly saying "KYS" is not allowed.

[7] Claim Restrictions
You cannot build or claim within 100 blocks of other claims or builds. You may not create claims to annoy others or be a nuisance. Breaking this rule may result in punishment, and damages will be rolled back.

[8] Raiding and Trusting
Raiding unclaimed valuables is fair game. (Chests, shulkers, spawners, etc). Make sure your claim is safe. Keep in mind that claims with fewer than 10k claim blocks will expire after 60 days of being inactive.

Abusing your trust may result in a ban. You must ask others consent before breaking stuff or taking items.

[9] Griefing and Destruction
Intentional destruction of the world is not allowed. Including Lava casting, mass explosions, etc.

[10] Politics and Controversial Topics
No politics, controversial topics, or illicit drugs in public chat. Discussing topics of this nature to intentionally cause issues will result in punishment.

[11] Inappropriate & NSFW Content
No NSFW/Bad Names, skins, builds, or chats. Predatory behavior is also not tolerated.

[12] PvP Abuse and Trapping
Do not bypass the PvP system or trap players.

[13] False Reports
Refrain from making joke reports about other players, as this wastes our staff's time.

[14] Alternative Accounts
Alternative accounts are not allowed to vote, keep chunks loaded, or gain from event rewards. You may only use the accounts for storage or to play.

[15] Bypassing Punishments
Using alternative accounts to bypass any form of punishment is not allowed.

[16] Interfering with Staff
Calling out hackers in chat or calling out staff who are invisible is not allowed. Both of these activities interfere with the staff's ability to keep the server a safe and secure environment to play.

[17] Impersonation
Impersonating staff or others is not tolerated. Example: Changing your nickname, claiming to be a part of staff, etc

[18] Scamming and Baiting
Do not scam, bait players, rename items similar to custom ones, lowball, etc.

[19] Litematica and Modifications
Litematica, Client Performance, Aesthetic, Cosmetic HUD, and Brightness/Gamma mods are allowed.

Using easy-place or printer is not allowed, any mods that give an unfair advantage are also not allowed.

[20] No Shulker Farms
Shulker farms are not allowed under any circumstances to keep the worth of shulkers balanced in the economy.

[21] IRL Trading
All IRL trades that involve real-life currency are not allowed. Example: Paypal, Cashapp, etc.

[22] Cross-Server Trading
Trading any items on MineCozy for items on another server is strictly not allowed.
